Reviews and Ratings <br />
I had a wonderful stay at this resort! The room was spacious and clean, with a beautiful view of the lake. The atmosphere was relaxed and family-friendly. The indoor pool and outdoor hot tub were fantastic, although I was hoping for a few more dining options on-site. Overall, great value for a family getaway!
The property offers clean and spacious suites with great views, but the service left much to be desired. There’s a lack of amenities and the place feels more like a dated condo complex than a resort. While the rooms are nice, the overall experience was disappointing, especially with poor customer service and musty smells lingering in the hallways.
We had a lovely experience staying at this property, with a few highlights being the clean and modern rooms and the great amenities like the indoor pool and hot tub. The staff was welcoming and helpful, making us feel right at home. However, if you're looking for a true resort feel, this might not be the perfect fit, especially in winter when some facilities may not be accessible. Overall, it was a good base for exploring the area, but the resort label feels a bit stretched.
Our stay at the Northernaire was mostly pleasant with clean and spacious accommodations. The amenities had some issues, including a broken exercise machine and limited hot tub access, which was disappointing. The location felt inviting, especially with friendly fellow guests around. However, after-hours service was lacking, and the bare minimum was stocked in the units, which could be improved.
I had mixed feelings about my stay. On one hand, the unit was clean, modern, and well-equipped, making for a comfortable experience. However, the customer service was lacking, and some areas had a musty smell which was disappointing. The location is convenient if you enjoy being near golf and bars, but it may not suit those looking for a traditional resort experience. Overall, the price felt high for what was offered.
